Returns, Exchanges, and Cancelations

We will accept returns of any unworn products in the original packaging, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges if a return has been accepted by the shop. Please contact us within three days of delivery. If you do not contact us within that time frame, no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued. If you receive your item and are unhappy with its please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue. Due to the intricate, and time-consuming nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the very rare chance that it is damaged during shipping.

We will honor order cancelation requests if the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order, but after 24 hours we cannot accept cancelations.

All items are entirely handmade and there may be slight variations and unique imperfections, however this ensures each pair of earrings is one of a kind. Color may vary ever so slightly to what appears on-screen. Examples of the imperfections may include fingerprints, small bubbles, slight difference in drop length, or other small marks that in no way detract from the earrings look and design.

 

Shipping

All remade styles have a processing time of 2-5 business days. Custom orders have a processing time of 2-3 weeks. The processing time does NOT include shipping times, which will vary depending on your choice of shipping. Orders over $75 will ship free (does not include International shipping).

Please keep in mind while purchasing that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates, so plan for 7-10 day processing and shipping time.

We are not liable for the time it takes the post office to process and ship your package, or if it is lost by USPS, and we are unable to give refunds in that rare occurrence. Once the package is dropped off by us, we are not responsible for any issues caused by USPS, including damage, lost or stolen items, shipping delays, etc. We will not refund or replace these items.
